How does it work?

With the Epson Spare-In-the-Air warranty program, there is no need to be concerned about your Epson ColorWorks label printer being out of service for more than 24 hours. With just one phone call, a refurbished replacement printer will be at your door to take up the workload. Simply ship the damaged printer back in the same carton. Shipping supplies and instructions are included, and your business can continue virtually uninterrupted. 

What does it cost?

Pricing varies by product, but may be as little as$99/year and can be purchased for up to 3 years at time of your printer purchase. The Epson Colorworks Label Printers sold by Argon Technology’s all have this warranty option available.


What are the details?

When you sign up for the Epson Spare-In-The-Air program you will receive a unique profile number along with the number to call for a replacement. The call is toll-free. When your certificate is up for renewal, Epson will send you a notification 30 days before the plan expires. This way, you can always keep the plan in place.

How does it benefit your business?

Many businesses can afford to lose their printer to a breakdown and do not mind waiting for repair (can be up to 2 weeks depending on your location and Epson service depot location). Most other businesses cannot. With this warranty program, you will avoid delays and repair costs incurred by quickly getting a replacement unit sent to you by Epson. The refurbished unit shipped to you is factory restored to like-new condition, so there need be no break in the action because of a failed unit.
