All orders received at Argon's website, by telephone or by fax are shipped same day or within 1 business day from the time the order is processed and payment confirmed. If for any reason we cannot ship at that point, we will notify you by email. You may cancel your order without penalty if the delay is unacceptable.
Returns: Products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and or receipt. Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund. There are no refunds on opened packages and or consumable items. Freight and handling charges are non refundable.
We do everything possible to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases at Argon. Please examine your package closely when you receive them, prior to opening the factory sealed packing. Refund will be issued only if the product is still unopened with all the original packing material, accessories, software, and manuals. Customer must prepay shipping charges on returns and assume the risk for loss or damage during shipment. Argon reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these requirements.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
For all returning products you must receive an RMA number. Please email us to get an RMA number. It takes approximately 2 business days to issue an RMA. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused.
Please note that refunds are not available on opened packages.
The credit will be made within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
At Argon we do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full refund under above conditions.
All orders are generally shipped via Canada Post, UPS or Fedex. Once orders are shipped, tracking number is posted in the online account. Just check your order history.
