Types of Custom Label Makers from Afinia Label

Afinia Label uses various print technologies in its color label printers. The L801, for example, is powered by Memjet technology which produces beautiful high resolution color labels using dye-based inks in a single pass. This results in fast speeds of 60 feet per minute and 1600 dpi print resolution. Choose this custom label printer if you want the perfect blend of speed, image quality, and volume. The L801 is also one of the most economical label machines available that prints up to 8.5” wide.

For smaller businesses, including home-based businesses, Afinia Label offers an affordable high resolution custom label maker, the Afinia L301. This custom label maker produces beautiful full color labels on demand at 4800 dpi. However, it is not intended for large volume printing. If you to print 500 to 2,000 or less labels per month, this is a great label machine for that purpose.

The Afinia L501 is very similar to the Primera LX2000 but will be available with either dye-based inks or pigment-based inks. You will have both options, so you can print both prime labels or GHS BS5609 labels using the same printer.
